Karen has been a leader in promotional products in the Southeast for more than two decades. In 2004, she started her business, It's Promo Time, focusing on great customer service. It's Promo Time partners with clients to exceed marketing and customer goals through loyalty marketing and brand experience.
She begin making big strides with her obsession to the customer experience, and she thrived by becoming a tireless, authentic networker who made sure that every interaction created a win-win.
Working with clients, Karen has focused on creating innovative promotional products and curating promotional gifts that help her customers drive client loyalty and create raving fans. She has worked across multiple business sectors to help businesses build brand recognition through promotional products that surprise and delight customers. She believes that authentic gratitude fosters the best customer experience and is a leader in the field for creating promotional experiences that focus on thanking customers.
